1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes


We offer the following shipping options:


Digital Products (E-books, Online Courses, Downloadable Materials)

Instant delivery upon payment confirmation.

A download link will be sent via email immediately after purchase.

If you do not receive your digital product within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.


Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, or Other Tangible Items)

Standard Shipping: 7 - 10 business days

Express Shipping: 5 - 7 business days

International Shipping: Varies by location (typically 12 - 21 business days)


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on orders over 100$

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

For physical products, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your package using the provided link.

If your tracking information is not updated within 2 days, please contact us for assistance.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most international locations.

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing in the destination country.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient.

We are not responsible for packages held by customs or any additional charges imposed by your country.

6. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, The Formula is not liable for replacement or refund.

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before contacting us.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours to initiate a claim.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend checking with the carrier first. If you need further assistance, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.

While we assist in resolving shipping issues, The Formula is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

8. Returns & Refunds for Delivery Issues

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 1 day of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
